NEW Gallery

We are an artist-run nonprofit gallery and studio committed to making art education and opportunities accessible to all.

The parent organization of Chicago Fine Art Salon and Art City, our 501(c)(3) nonprofit status enables us to show more artists, offer more arts education, and foster the arts community via networking opportunities.

Our mission is simple, yet powerful: to make art education and opportunities accessible to all, regardless of background or resources.

Our Locations

Art City showcases local and emerging artists and hosts art classes for all ages and levels of experience.

Our Offerings

Community Networking
NEW Gallery fosters a vibrant arts community through our monthly artist membership program, rotating exhibitions, educational opportunities, and arts events.

Arts Education
We offer a variety of arts education to folks of all ages, including both personalized private and group figure drawing classes, BYOB paint and sip classes, and youth after school programming.

Exhibition Opportunities
Our calls for art showcase local talent, with special attention given to supporting emerging artists. Opportunities to show include group and solo exhibitions in both of our physical locations.

Our team

A lifelong artist, Joe Sikora founded NEW Gallery, and its related arts organizations Chicago Fine Art Salon and Art City, to create a platform for creatives to showcase their work and connect with collectors and art lovers. Joe believes in the power of art to inspire and transform and is committed to fostering the growth and development of the artists represented across the organization.
