Our Submission Requirements:

• All information must be included in the submission form, including high-resolution images of work (at least 300 DPI) and a brief artist statement (maximum length of 300 words).

• Submission fees must be paid before consideration.

We are seeking submissions celebrating the diversity of the human form for Figures, opening May 1, 2026 at the Chicago Fine Art Salon.

Reinterpret traditional representation; playfully engage with volume and expression; explore personal identity and collective experience.

All mediums are welcome and experimentation is encouraged.

April 12, 2026

Submission Details

• $26 submission fee PER SUBMITTED PIECE due upon submission.

• All work must be ready to hang. If work is received without it, there will be a hanging fee.

Figures Group Show Call for Art

Open to any artist, medium, or discipline, we are seeking artists to create site-specific and sculptural installations in our Monthly Installation Artist Residency space, AKA miar.

Selected artists will have their work on view in our gallery windows for a month, including during the opening reception to meet other artists in our community. There will also be opportunities for other community engagement events such as an artist talk, radio show, and a closing reception. Artwork will be visible to passers-by on the street and will be featured on our websites and social media.

• $26 submission fee due upon submission

• $26 operational fees due upon acceptance

Call for Art, Installation work

Current submission deadline:
June 30th, 2026

Each month, we see prints that are made and ready to sell. Our team travels to art festivals across Chicagoland year-round and can sell your artwork at our festival booths, plus at other pop-up locations like Andersonville Galleria, Movement Gyms Lincoln Park, and Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea.

Artists who submit are also eligible for inclusion in a group or solo show.

Submission Details

• Submission are due by April 30, 2026 at 11:59pm

• $26 submission fee per submitted print

• All work must be labeled, and prepackaged with cardboard support and a vinyl sleeve. If work is received without it, there will be a packaging fee.
