As an artist I paint from my own personal experiences and imagination. With much thought and idea of what love means. I decided to create the type of love through the eyes of yearning into a form of abstract expression. I’ve made a poem inspired by my art piece called Eyes that paint the sky. It is my inspiration and creation of finding the truth through the curiosities and devotion of unconditional sapphic love.

Eyes that paint the sky:

Tonight I leave my door open for you

With a key in your hand and my heart in the other

I’m letting you go in my mind willing

like there is no other

Unlock the door and go forth

I ask that you wake me up from this trance but make this into a reality of romance

When you look at me with your long lasting glance

It makes me feel like we have a chance

Let’s do this together like it’s our last dance
