The artist’s go-to subject matter of choice is the human form for a reason - her natural gifting in capturing the puzzle pieces that make up each unique person. All her life she has been entranced with studying faces and facial features, whether in person while conversing, through film, photos or even other artist’s work. There is something so fascinating when it comes to being human and she attempts to grasp and depict that with each piece.

Her focus on the feminine comes from her appreciation, admiration and delight in the female form. Females have an enchanting way about them - their curves, their delicate features, the softness that appears from light playing on their skin - their overall hypnotic beauty. This is what drives her work and has, through time, formed the blurred realist aesthetic that her pieces carry with them.
